All treatment plans designed by our team are from scientific and evidenced based protocol that promote optimal healing. On the initial visit our practitioners will review your goals and provide a clear roadmap on how to achieve them. Regularly check-up will be performed to ensure goals are being met.

Reform Therapy is recognized for treating a wide range of conditions. We pride ourselves on treating various conditions involving the joints, musculoskeletal and nervous system. Our goal is to decrease pain, correct movement, increase strength and help return you to full function.

Most of our patients are referred by a trusted friends, family, or colleagues. We take our time and ensure patients are getting the most out of their treatment. Therefore, treatment times are generally 20 minutes or longer. Our patients also love that we provide soft tissue therapy before treatment with or without manipulation or mobilizations. In addition, we provide a clean, open friendly practice environment centered around the patient.

Some insurance companies may require a medical referral to process your claim for reimbursement. Please confirm with your insurance provider prior to your initial assessment.

The answer to this depends on your health goals. However we do not promote long treatment regimens or excessive visits. In most cases our treatment plans range from 8 or 12 visits.

In most cases the answer is no. If, however during your history and examination we require x-rays we will discuss this with you. If x-rays are indicated, they are covered by OHIP.

Initial visits generally take 30 minutes. This will include patient history, full body examination, follow-up plan and first treatment. Subsequent visit generally take 10-20 minutes.

After submitting your information, you should be receiving a confirmation call of your appointment by our staff. In the odd circumstances if you don't, please contact us at 236-309-2953 to schedule your appointment and from there one of our administrators will accommodate you as best as they can. If direct billing is allowed, the clinic will submit all claims on your behalf to your insurance provider via e-claims. If direct billing is not allowed, we will provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your carrier.

Assignment of benefit is dependent on your insurance provider. The front desk administrators will find out for you before you start any treatments.

On your first visit, our front desk administrators will contact your insurance company and will provide you with your coverage for treatments and products.
